In the 2007-2008 season our Club Nights will be held every Friday night from mid October through to April with a break over the Christmas School Holidays. All ages and abilities are catered for with even some of the parents having a go. The aim is to participate, improve your personal times and hone your technique in a fun and family oriented atmosphere. Our wonderful barbecue committee provides delicious food so you don’t have to worry about dinner that night. We ask that nominations are received by 5.45 pm on the Friday evening so we can get going by 6.00 pm. Generally, racing will be finished by 7.30 pm.

Lismore Workers Swim Team is a member of the Far North Coast Swimming Association and is affiliated with Swimming NSW. We promote and encourage swimmers to participate in Far North Coast Swimming Association carnivals.

In 2005 we purchased a 'Take Your Mark' semi-automatic timing system and the necessary computer software which allows us to run very efficient swimming carnivals. This equipment is available for hire by swimming clubs and other organisations to assist in the running of their carnivals.

Club meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month in the meeting room at the Lismore Memorial Baths, commencing at 6.00pm.
