Many questions regarding insurance arose. Swimmers who do not apply for clearance to swim at interstate meets, may not be covered by insurance. Children who swim in 'baby pools' on club nights are also not covered by insurance, or parents who help on club nights unless they are members of NSWSA. Questions regarding the responsibilities of the pool lessee on club nights, with one lessee not being present on clubs nights presenting a potential problem.
